When they realized their daughter was sneaking out of the house for drug and alcohol binges, Plunkett and her husband did all the usual things. They grounded her, took away her cellphone, and even went so far as to screw her windows shut. Unfortunately, as Plunkett puts it, "I can't walk by her side all the time."
