In the proposal for new legislation, to be be presented by the government this spring, the conditions that sex change candidates are unmarried and Swedish citizens will be dropped, according to TT. But not the sterilization condition.

Doesn't it feel like most days we take one step forward and two back?
#1 - Thu Jan 12, 2012 4:23 PM ESTI guess I don't understand the point of the article. Isn't the act of gender reassignment surgery in itself a form sterilization? I mean, if I change my vagina to a penis I don't keep my ovaries and uterus. What am I missing?
