Ugh. Something I never want to even remotely speculate about. Out living either of my children.

#2 - Thu Dec 15, 2011 12:27 AM ESTI wasn't only refering to children here. To anyone in your families or friends. I lost my Mom this year and as I was reading this a tear ran. Then I knew that this touches all of us that have lost someone very close to us. *Hugs*

Yep, this is the first Christmas for me without my mother as well, WW. It's going to be hard but MUCH harder on my dad.

mrsrachelm, When someone etches their name on your heart it just stays there, This Christmas is going to be a little didfferent. She sounds like a great mom.
